Tomintoul Seiridh, is a new Limited Edition whisky, pronounced 'sheh-ree” it is the Gaelic word for Sherry. This whisky has matured in American Oak Bourbon casks before being finished in specially selected Oloroso Sherry butts. The result is a whisky that is rich, complex and full of flavour. This is the first Batch and it is limited to 6000 individually numbered bottles.

APPEARANCE
Pale Amber
NOSE
Rich and inviting witharomas of sultana, butterscotch and candied pecans.
TASTE
Sweet and luscuious with layers of dried figs and christmas cake highlighted with touches of cedar spice.
FINISH
Warm nutty and long with notes of chocolate covered raisins, dried fruits and a hint of liquorice.
