Shipping

Flat Rate Standard UK Shipping £5.95 Per Order, UK only.

We currently only ship to the UK, however if you are interested in having your product shipped to mainland Europe please Contact Us, before placing your order.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, we will typically ship your items 1-3 working days from the date the order was placed. The prices quoted on our site are for standard economy shipping to the UK, if you require another service please Contact Us prior to placing the order.

Note: Age restrictions

In the UK it is illegal for: any person under the age of 18 to buy (or to attempt to buy) alcohol for themselves or for any other person under the age of 18; and an adult to buy (or to attempt to buy) alcohol for any person under the age of 18.

You may only purchase an alcoholic Product from Malts and Spirits if you are:at least 18 years old: not buying that Product for any person or persons under the age of 18; and of legal age to purchase alcohol both in the country where you place the order and the destination country.

You must check with the local authorities in the country where you place the order and the destination country to ensure that you will not be breaking any law or regulation by ordering alcohol from us.

Our nominated shipping partner will ask you to verify your age and ID when attempting to deliver your order.

Shipping Update

Our team work hard to ensure we ship every order either on the day it was received or the next day. 

All of our orders are shipped using the Royal Mail on a 48 Hour service, we use the Royal Mail as they provide excellent coverage throughout the U.K. regardless of your location.  

During peak times deliveries may be delayed slightly due to the high volume of orders. So what does this mean for your order? In general we find that our parcels are usually delivered in around 3-4 days as opposed to the usual 2 days/48 hours that is typically achieved. We believe that the Royal Mail are doing a fantastic job in very difficult circumstances and we ask that where possible you allow sufficient time for your order arrive and if you have a special occasion please build in a little extra time to avoid disappointment.

Packaging

Your item will be securely packaged to ensure that it arrives with you in first class condition. In order to reduce the impact on the environment we will where possible use recycled packaging. Note this will not in any way affect the condition or safety of the item.  

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If your item is damaged please Contact Us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unopened, all seals intact) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Note: Cancelled orders will be charged a handle fee of 20% of the total order value. These charges are to cover packaging, administration, restocking and refund processing charges. Where additional services have been purchased these will not be refunded e.g. Gift Tags and Gift Wrapping

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request .
