This exquisite Scotch whisky underwent a meticulous 18-year aging process in the finest oak casks. Patience and vigilance were key as the spirit silently slumbered in the on-site warehouses, undergoing continuous monitoring until Billy Walker, the esteemed master blender, recognised its exceptional quality.
Upon tasting, the whisky captivates with enticing aromas of honey and mocha, followed by a palate adorned with marzipan and dark cherry notes. It’s a single malt that exudes elegant refinement, showcasing its unadulterated character.
Presented at an impressive 46% ABV, this unpeated whisky is presented without added colouring or chill filtration, allowing its true essence to shine through.
