Strathearn Heather Rose Gin is produced in a two stage process, the first being vapour infusion using a 500L pot still with a botanical basket. Once distilled, this base gin is compounded with additional delicate botanicals to add more flavour and colour. Its beautiful mahogany colour hides a magical secret which can be seen with the addition of tonic. With its combination of rose and heather, it takes on a Prosecco character.
