The release of Signatory’s Speyside (M) bottlings always generates significant interest, and rightly so. They offer excellent value and don’t last long. For this edition, Signatory has bottled a small batch of spirit from an unnamed Speyside distillery renowned for its sherry cask whiskies. After 15 years of maturation in first and refill Oloroso sherry butts, they have bottled it without any added colour and non-chill filtered.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 48.2% abv.
