Founders Robert Hicks and Helen Chalmers began planning The Highland Liquor Co in 2014 and tested 96 combinations to reach the final recipe for Seven Crofts Gin, which is distilled in 100L stills by Head Distiller Ben Thompson who joined the team in 2018. This is a Navy strength edition of the stunning Seven Crofts Gin, dubbed Fisherman's Strength! With lots of juniper alongside pink peppercorn, cubeb, fresh lemon peel and more, all bottled up at 57% ABV.

TASTING NOTES
Enjoyably spicy up front with pepper and juniper, balanced by cooling hints of lemon, with a subtle earthiness building underneath.

Serve in a straight glass with lots of ice, a good quality tonic (1 part gin to 2 parts tonic) and garnished with a slice of orange.
