Ron Larimar Pedro Ximenez Finish 5 Year Old Rum is a small batch double matured rum produced in the Dominican Republic. I is first matured in American Oak casks before being finished in Pedro Ximenex Sherry Butts. The result is a rum that is sweet and indulgent with layers of date, fig and prune mingled with salted caramel, chocolate raisins and cigar box spices.
70cl at 40% alc/vol.
