Ron Larimar Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish 5 Year Old Rum is a small batch double matured rum produced in the Dominican Republic. It is first matured in American Oak casks before being finished in Oloroso Sherry casks, resulting in a rich, fruity, and very smooth rum with a long lasting finish.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 40% abv.
TASTING NOTES
Rich and pronounced with aromas of dried fruits, toffee and candied peels. Layers of chocolate, butterscotch and fruit cake bound with espresso coffee and cinnamon spices. Finishes with Sweet marzipan and burnt sugar notes fading into dark chocolate and soft spices.

Good enough to enjoy on its own or with your favourite mixer, but also ideal for adding an extra dimension to your favourite rum cocktails.
