Mount Gay, Black Barrel Double Cask Rum, is matured in ex-american whiskey casks and finished in heavily charred ex-bourbon casks. It is distilled using a combination of traditional column and double retort pot stills. The result is a rum that is rich, complex, yet smooth and round and robust.
