Kilchoman Sanaig is named after an inlet on Islay’s rugged Atlantic coast, Sanaig is a combination of both oloroso sherry hogshead finishes and fully matured casks. The distillery source all their sherry casks from José y Miguel Martín and the consistency of these casks is really highlighted at the higher strength. Sanaig at cask strength has an incredible combination of rich peat smoke and sweet cooked fruits with a deep long lasting glutinous finish.
