Kilchoman Machir Bay, the distillery’s signature peated single malt, is a unique blend of Kilchoman matured in both bourbon and sherry casks. Named after Islay’s most breathtaking beach, the high proportion of bourbon barrels imparts a distinct balance between the classic Islay character and a fresh floral complexity.
