This flagship whisky, first introduced in 2021 and officially named The Draam in 2025, boasts a unique six-cask recipe crafted by Master Distiller Alasdair Day. Two distinct Isle of Raasay spirits—peated and unpeated—are matured separately in first fill Rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak, and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks.
These six recipe casks harmonise to create an exquisite dram, exuding elegance, complexity, and a profound character.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 46.4% abv.
