Isle of Raasay Special Release 2024 Edition, a limited-edition cask-strength single malt Scotch whisky, comprises 8,400 bottles. This expression has been matured in six distinct cask types: peated and unpeated first-fill Rye whiskey casks, fresh Chinkapin oak casks, and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. These six recipe casks harmonise to create an exquisite dram with remarkable elegance, complexity, and depth of character. The resulting whisky is a lightly peated dram with notes of dark fruits and spices. It has a natural colour and is non-chill filtered.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 61.3% abv.

TASTING NOTES
Lightly peated aromatic smoke. Balanced fruits, cherry, blackcurrant and apricot. Black pepper spice, sandalwood, vanilla, butterscotch and a hint of saltiness.
