Isle of Raasay Special Release 2024 Edition, Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a limited edition cask strength single malt, consisting of 8,400 bottles. This expression has been matured in 6 different cask types, namely peated and unpeated cask of first fill Rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks. These six recipe casks marry together to create the perfect dram with real elegance, complexity and depth of character. The result being a lightly peated dram with dark fruits and spice. Natural colour and non-chill filtered.

TASTING NOTES
Lightly peated aromatic smoke. Balanced fruits, cherry, blackcurrant and apricot. Black pepper spice, sandalwood, vanilla, butterscotch and a hint of saltiness.
