Isle of Raasay Hebridean Gin is a handcrafted Scottish island gin, now in a bottle as beautifully crafted as the liquid inside. The bottle is a reflection of the impressive island geology and the recipe combines ten carefully chosen botanicals, including Raasay juniper, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, and our double distilled spirit. Bottled at 46% using water from the distillery well, this is the first legal spirit from an island rooted in centuries of illicit distilling.
