Isle of Bute Oyster Gin is a Small Batch Scottish Gin distilled on the Isle of Bute. The Oyster part comes from using Loch Fyne oyster shells to charge the still. This hand crafted Gin is distilled in the heart of Rothesay using a traditional copper still and a selection of key botanicals including Oyster Shells, Juniper, Cucumber and Coriander. The result is a unique savoury Gin with maritime and citrus hints.
