Isle of Bute Heather Gin is a Small Batch Scottish Pink Gin distilled on the Isle of Bute. The purple heathers flowers are hand picked on the on the Isle of Bute. This hand crafted Gin is distilled in the heart of Rothesay using a traditional copper still and a selection of key botanicals including Juniper, Isle of Bute Purple Heather Flowers and Pink Grapefruit. The result is a Gin with a vibrant floral nose and to taste a bright sweetness of pink grapefruit.

TASTING NOTES
A fine balance of citrus and floral, the pink grapefruit along with other classic gin botanicals creates a sweet, citrus finish.

Can be sipped neat or served with a light tonic and a garnish of strawberries and pink peppercorns.
