Isle of Bute Gorse Gin is a Small Batch Scottish Gin distilled on the Isle of Bute. The Gorse flowers are hand picked on the Mount Stuart Estate. This hand crafted Gin is distilled in the heart of Rothesay using a traditional copper still and a selection of key botanicals including Gorse flowers, Juniper, Grains of Paradise, Vanilla and Coconut . The result is a Gin with a floral nose with hints of coconut and vanilla.
