Iguana Rum, a molasses-based rum, is distilled in Panama using a centuries-old recipe imported from Cuba. It undergoes five years of maturation in oak barrels, imparting a rounded flavour and enhancing the rum’s complexity.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 40% abv.
TASTING NOTES
Delicate, warm, sugarcane sweetness, with pronounced vanilla notes, a little bit of spice and a hint of oakiness.
