By blending whiskies entirely matured in bourbon and sherry casks in perfect balance, a captivating interplay unfolds. The resinous, sweetly dark orchard fruit notes from sherry maturation harmonise with the brighter vanilla flavours imparted by bourbon wood. This intriguing and complex dram, distinctly Glengoyne, presents a unique perspective. The cask mix comprises 20% first fill bourbon, 25% first fill sherry, and 55% refill casks.
