Glenglassaugh Portsoy, a Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, is a ‘richly peated’ whisky inspired by the nearby harbour village of the same name. Matured in a blend of Sherry, Bourbon, and Port casks, this single malt offers a captivating nose with notes of maritime, tropical fruit, Sherried dark soy, liquorice, and sea kelp. On the palate, it reveals flavours of dark chocolate, fermented soy, and charred mango, complemented by treacle and sea salt.
