This multi-award-winning Glencadam Reserva Andalucía celebrates the harmonious collaboration between Glencadam Distillery and the renowned sherry region of Andalucía, Spain.
Crafted meticulously by hand, this exquisite single malt begins with the careful selection of sherry butts from Glencadam Distillery’s dunnage warehouses. These butts are then blended with bourbon casks, creating a harmonious fusion.
The final step involves finishing the malt in Oloroso Sherry butts sourced from Andalucía. This maturation process imparts a rich and sherry-forward character to the whisky, complementing the distinctive fruitiness of the Glencadam spirit with notes of sultana and sweet spices derived from the Oloroso Sherry cask.
