Freixenet Prosecco is made from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir grape varieties from Italy’s Prosecco region of Veneto. Whole grape bunches are gently pressed and the juice undergoes slow cooled fermentation. This preserves the grape’s delicate aromatics and freshness. The second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in pressurized stainless steel tanks. After a few weeks, the result is a fruity, fresh and seductive sparkling wine with remaining natural sugar.
