Flor De Cana 12-year-old rum is a fine sipping rum with flavours of toffee, apple, and buttery vanilla. The distillery is certified carbon neutral and fair trade, using 100% renewable energy and offsetting any emissions through tree planting – a staggering 50,000 trees annually since 2005!
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 40% abv.
TASTING NOTES
Hints of buttery toffee and cinnamon on the nose. This develops with notes of black pepper, gingerbread, and allspice. The palate offers up rich notes of cooked apple and allspice. Hints of nutmeg, honey, and a little toffee brittle. Toffee and custard on the finish. Long and decadent.
