Esker Spirits is a family run distillery situated in Royal Deeside. Esker Gin is crisp, clean and juniper led; this classic gin has its own distinctive notes with over a dozen botanicals including locally sourced silver birch sap, citrus and a hint of floral botanicals.

TASTING NOTES
Pink peppercorns and fresh citrus dominate the nose, with a slight hint of floral notes. Its' creamy mouthfeel is dominated by juniper and citrus with an earthy sweetness finish from the silver birch sap.

Goes great over ice with tonic and orange peel.
