Description

Edradour 11 year old Sauternes Cask was distilled in 2012 and bottled on 17th May 2023. It has been matured solely in first fill Sauternes sweet wine hogsheads - and is one of 2,695 bottles in the batch. This bottling from Scotlands little gem distillery is natural colour, un-chillfiltered and bottled at 48.2%abv.

70cl at 48.2% alc./vol.

NOSE

Dried apricot, honeysuckle and butterscotch.

PALATE

Biscuit, coconut blossom sugar and candied ginger.

FINISH

A medium length creamy coconut and marzipan finish.
