Eden Mill originally started up as a brewery on the site of an old paper mill close by to St. Andrews in 2012. By 2014 copper stills had been installed with the aim of producing single malt whisky - which was first released in 2018.
Representing one half of Eden Mill's new flagship core range, the Sherry Cask Single Malt is finished in 50% Oloroso and 50% Pedro Ximenez giving a full-bodied bouquet of flavours on top of their grassy, floral new make spirit.

TASTING NOTES
The finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin in Spain give a decadent natural colour and a luxurious flavour profile. Sticky toffee pudding, nut brittle, chocolate raisins and cinnamon spice provide layer upon layer of decadence.
