Ramsay's Gin is a collaboration between Eden Mill Distillery and the world famous Chef, Gordon Ramsay. Gordon selected botanicals from along the wild coastline of Scotland, choosing ingredients native to Fife and St Andrews. He then worked with the award winning distillery to craft a unique gin that’s bursting with flavour.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 40.6% abv.
TASTING NOTES
Punchy and peppery on the palate with underlying zesty lime tones, giving way gradually to floral wild myrtle, rich peppercorn and tart berry notes.

Ingredients;
35ml Ramsay’s Gin
15ml calvados
15ml sugar syrup
15ml lemon juice
4-5 raspberries
1 egg white
Soda water
Method; Add first six ingredients into a shaker then double strain into an ice-filled highball glass, topping up with a little soda water. Sprinkle a bit of ground cinnamon on top for a little something extra!
