Eden Mill originally started up as a brewery on the site of an old paper mill close by to St. Andrews in 2012. By 2014 copper stills had been installed with the aim of producing single malt whisky - which was first released in 2018.
In the meantime, Eden Mill Distillery produced an array of gins using some of the local botanicals.
Original Gin uses Sea Buckthorn Berries, Lemon Balm and Citrus Peel to create a London Dry style gin to create a clean and smooth drink.
TASTING NOTES
Spices of juniper & green pepper followed by bitter-drying berries of cranberry & sea buckthorn. Subtle tastes of pear & lychee for a moment that finish with soft sweet orange peel & vanilla.
70cl at 40%abv.
