Eden Mill originally started up as a brewery on the site of an old paper mill close by to St. Andrews in 2012. By 2014 copper stills had been installed with the aim of producing single malt whisky - which was first released in 2018.
In the meantime, Eden Mill Distillery produced an array of gins using some of the local botanicals.
Love Gin is part of Eden Mills classic gin range - it uses sweeter botanicals like rose, goji berries and raspberries, resulting in a lovely pink gin.
70cl at 42%abv.
