Representing half of Eden Mill’s new flagship core range, the Bourbon Cask Single Malt is their inaugural full bourbon maturation bottling. It pays homage to the house style that can be anticipated from their new distillery. A Lowland whisky with a Highland soul, it skilfully merges a sweet, grassy, and floral newmake with a robust, spicy, and fruity maturation style.
Available in 700ml bottles, at 46% abv.
TASTING NOTES
Medium char bourbon casks provide enticing flavours of spiced fruit crumble and salted caramel cookies, with a subtle hint of oak spice. The very best of bourbon flavours bolstered by the fruity and floral Eden Mill new make spirit.
