Cù Bòcan single malt whisky is distilled in small batches every winter at the Tomatin Distillery. It is an experimantal single malt with subtle smoke and balanced sweetness with a range of finishes. This Signature bottling has been matured in a range of bourbon, Oloroso Sherry and North American Virgin oak casks, giving it notes of citrus and spice.

TASTING NOTES
COLOUR
Light Yellow
NOSE
Dry and fragrant, with woodsmoke, dried lemon peel and a little vanilla, then orchard fruit and heather honey, with a touch of liquorice.
TASTE
BBQ char, cooking spices and Conference pear initially, followed by orange peel and hints of leather and espresso.
FINISH
Muscat grapes, light smoke and a little nuttiness.
