Bladnoch Vinaya Sherry & Bourbon Cask, a core expression from this revitalised distillery, pays homage to the original founders of the distillery through the Sanskrit word “Vinaya,” which means respect and gratitude. As Bladnoch looks forward to an exciting new era of production and innovation, this expression is matured in a unique combination of 1st fill Bourbon and 1st fill Sherry casks, resulting in notes of fresh apple, sweet floral grass, and hints of chocolate.
