Benriach The Smoky Ten, a new expression in the newly rebranded Benriach core range, builds upon the distillery’s expertise in using malted barley smoked with Highland peat. This wood-rich Highland peat imparts distinctively sweet and smoky notes into the whisky. Matured for at least 10 years in three distinct cask types—bourbon barrels, Jamaican rum casks, and toasted virgin oak—the result is a whisky with layers of sunripe fruit, aromatic smoke, and toasted oak spice.
