This family-owned distillery began with the conversion of a steading in 2012. Aiming to support the local area, 80% of the tradesmen that worked on building the distillery came from within 25 miles of Ballindalloch. Work finished in 2014,
and filled their first ever cask in September that year.
This limited release from the Ballindalloch Distillery has been matured solely in an Ex-Oloroso Sherry Cask that was filled on 12th March 2015, and bottled on 27th August 2024. It has been bottled at a natural cask strength of 60.8% with natural colouring and non-chill filtration.

Red fruits, spices with treacle on the nose. Caramel, roasted nuts and chocolate raisins on the palate.
