This family-owned distillery, established in 2012, began with the conversion of a steading. The distillery’s primary objective was to support the local community, and 80% of the tradespeople involved in its construction were from within 25 miles of Ballindalloch. The distillery was completed in 2014, and in September of that year, they filled their first-ever cask.
This limited-edition whisky from the Ballindalloch Distillery has been matured exclusively in an ex-Oloroso sherry cask that was filled on March 12, 2015, and bottled on August 27, 2024. Bottled at its natural cask strength of 60.8% alcohol by volume, it retains its natural colour and undergoes non-chill filtration.
Available in a 70cl bottle, this whisky boasts an impressive 60.8% alcohol by volume.

Red fruits, spices with treacle on the nose. Caramel, roasted nuts and chocolate raisins on the palate.
