Arran Sauternes Cask Finish is a harmonious blend of the signature Arran spirit and the finest Sauternes casks from Bordeaux. To achieve this fusion, the Arran Single Malt undergoes an eight-year maturation in oak casks before being ‘finished’ in a carefully selected collection of Sauternes wine casks. This process results in an expression that accentuates the sweeter side of the Arran Single Malt, making it an ideal dessert dram with captivating notes of apricots, melon, and honeysuckle.
Available in a 700ml bottle with a natural colour and a 50% alcohol by volume, this cask finish is non-chill filtered.

NOSE
Honey sweetness and citrus.
TASTE
Richly honeyed and backed with a lifting zestiness which slides into spice and zingy salt. Once the dram opens out, vanilla and sultana stand out followed by notes of toasted oak.
FINISH
Sweetness, Honey, Apricots, Melon, Honeysuckle.
