Persie Zesty Citrus Gin is a small batch Scottish Gin, distilled at the foot of Glenshee in Highland Perthshire. As the name implies this Gin uses key botanicals that include juniper, orange zest and lime zest. The result is a Gin bursting with limes and blood oranges with piny notes on the nose.
50cl at 42% alc/vol.
TASTING NOTES
An explosion of limes and blood oranges with piny notes on the nose. On the palate there is a sharp citrus cut-through with a long, zingy finish.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with full-fat tonic or rose lemonade and garnish with a little torn mint.
