Persie Herby and Aromatic Gin is a small batch Scottish Gin, distilled at the foot of Glenshee in Highland Perthshire. As the name implies this Gin uses herby botanicals that include juniper, rosemary, basil, bay leaves and olives. The result is a Gin that is savoury with gentle spices.
50cl at 40% alc/vol.
TASTING NOTES
Fragrant herb gardens with bay trees, rosemary and basil on the nose. To taste, it is savoury with gentle spices, and a rich, olive oil mouthfeel.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with a light tonic to keep it dry, or sweeten with hibiscus tonic. Tear up a few basil leaves to garnish.
