TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Warm cinnamon rolls, with white icing, mingle with plenty of poached peaches. A crunchy candy apple drifts in, along with cherry gobstoppers and crunchy autumn leaves.
TASTE
Custard creams, dipped in milky tea, evolve into the menthol creaminess of Milky Mints. Desiccated coconut, sprinkled on milk- and-hazelnut chocolate, with a side of caramel ice cream and a touch of juicy mango.
FINISH
The headiness of a dusty bookshelf is layered with overripe stone fruit, bread and butter pudding and a shadow of cork oak.
