Arran Sauternes Cask Finish is a marriage of the signature Arran spirit with the finest Sauternes casks from Bordeaux. In order for this marriage to work the Arran Single Malt is matured in oak casks for eight years and is then 'finished' in a selection of Sauternes wine casks. The result is an expression that shows the sweeter side of the Arran Single Malt, making it an ideal dessert dram with notes of apricots, melon and honeysuckle

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Honey sweetness and citrus.
TASTE
Richly honeyed and backed with a lifting zestiness which slides into spice and zingy salt. Once the dram opens out, vanilla and sultana stand out followed by notes of toasted oak.
FINISH
Sweetness, Honey, Apricots, Melon, Honeysuckle.
